Together with the University of Aberdeen, we participated in the IETF121 in Dublin. In the Hackathon, the benefit of Careful Resume was demonstrated, a video is available online. The results were further discussed in the Transport Area Working Group (TSVWG) and the Internet Congestion Control Research Group (ICCRG).
